About us

The initial contact is dedicated to establishing a clear understanding of your immediate needs and / or concerns as well as getting a firm grasp of what services the financial planner provides. We present you with our credentials and explain the details of what you can expect. We will enter into a confidentiality agreement giving you peace of mind that your information will not be disclosed without your written permission.

About you

Having clear goals and providing accurate financial information is key in ensuring a meaningful financial plan. We spend time with you to mutually define your personal and financial goals, understand your timeframe for results and discuss how you feel about risk. We will also gather the details of and seek permission to collect all relevant information about your existing provisions.

Data Analysis

With clear goals set and your current financial information at hand, we are able to “draw a line in the sand” and establish where you are in relation to your goals. Depending on what services you have asked for, this could include analysing your assets, liabilities and cash flow, current insurance coverage, investments   and / or tax strategies.

Solution

We will submit a written presentation which will describe your current financial position. This will include an analysis of your needs and goals. We will provide product recommendations to achieve your stated needs and goals and cover compliance related matters. We will guide you through the various financial decisions available and make recommendations accordingly. The outcome of the plan is to ensure that you have a plan to take you forward with confidence and provide certainty regarding your financial future.

Implement

You and us agree on how and which of the recommendations will be carried out. We will ensure that you are comfortable with the recommendations and get your consent to proceed with the implementation. We will assist you to complete all the necessary paperwork, with signatures and approvals, lodge the applications to the relevant product providers and keep you updated with the progress of the application.

Review & Administer

It is important that your plan and any financial solutions that were implemented are reviewed on at least an annual basis. This is done to ensure that your plan remains relevant and meaningful in light of any changes in personal or financial circumstances. We will meet with you on a regular basis to review your Financial Plan.
